Roselyn Sanchez was born 02-04-1973, in the state of San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is a Puerto Rican Singer, Songwriter, Model, Film Actress and Television Actress, Film Producer, Screenwriter and Soap Opera Actress. Born in San Juan (Puerto Rico) Roselyn Sanchez RodrAguez, a Puerto Rican actress She grew up in Puerto Rico with her mother, father and three big brothers. Roselyn is obsessed with the entertainment business however, she chooses to pursue a degree in marketing at the University of Puerto Rico. But after three years, she decides to stop everything and realize her goal by enrolling in acting, singing and dancing. She departed for New York at the age of 21. In 2001, she did very well in the movie Rush Hour 2. Gary Stretch is her ex-husband. She just got married to Eric Winter. Sanchez has also modelled and appeared in beauty pageants. In 1993, she was named Miss Puerto Rico Petite and following year, she won Miss America Petite. She was eager to be chosen, and she began performing on Broadway in New York with her own show, Out Here on My Own. In 1996, she became the first Latina character on the long-running soap opera As the World turns. She played the role for an entire year, before being offered the regular role of Lili Arguelo on the new TV series Fame L.A. While the show lasted only one season, Sanchez was soon offered an acting role in the show Held Up (1999).
