Jillian Noel Hennessy is a Canadian actress and singer. She is best known for her role as Claire Kincaid, a US prosecutor in the television show Law & Order for three seasons. Crossing Jordan was six seasons. Jordan Cavanaugh, the lead character on Crossing Jordan, lasted six seasons. She has also acted on films such as RoboCop 3 (most wanted) and Crossing Jordan (which she directed and wrote). Hennessy was born in Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy, her father was a meat salesman as well as a marketing/sales executive. His work required a lot of travel, which led to many relocations for the entire family.
